All orders placed before 8:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00) hora estándar de Europa central (Bratislava).  Are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

The transportation and delivery service determined for a product depends on the item chosen (weight, dimensions, value, etc.). You will find this information in the technical sheet of each product.

The delivery area: currently delivery is free in all cities and towns in Spain, in addition delivery is faster and can take less than 48 hours if the delivery address is in Madrid and surrounding areas. For those located in other cities, delivery is estimated at 48 to 72 hours maximum.

We offer several delivery methods: standard or relay point. If the “Relay Point” option is not available for your product, we are obliged to offer you a single delivery method.

Do I have to pay more for shipping?
